• A free, no pressure in home consultation (depending on location) to go over material choices, colors, and any questions and/or concerns you may have.
• Receive a no hassle, written estimate complete with a detailed scope of work
• Pay deposit and verify measurements, material selections, and go over any questions you may have.
• Field supervisor and crew arrive to perform work (Typically a roof can be completed in 1 day, depending on size, roof type, and other conditions may be longer).
• Remove your existing roof covering down to your homes roof sheathing or substrate
• Replace any rot or damage that may be discovered (this is typically an additional charge)
• Install new roof underlayment to include ice & water shield, synthetic roofing felt, drip edge and flashing (if applicable).
• We install primarily GAF - Timberline architectural shingles but also have ability to install brands such as Certainteed and Owens Corning if you have a particular preference.
• Final walk-thru by our field supervisor to ensure all work was done properly as well as a thorough cleanup was done.
• To finish your roof replacement, we also can add optional upgrades such as hardwired and solar attic fans and ridge vents to add air flow within your attic space to prolong the life of your new roof.
